Description World Wide Tech Deployment (WWTD) is seeking an experienced and business oriented Demand Manager to join the Tech Deployment Global Project Management Office (TD PMO) team in driving the ingestion of TD projects through the established demand management process. This position plays a vital role in technical delivery operations and demand management, serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams. The role encompasses comprehensive demand management, scope definition, and financial planning responsibilities. Key job responsibilities As a demand manager, you will be the gatekeeper of projects entering into Tech Deployments plan of record responsible for defining, assessing and analysing scope of work to enable the ingestion of projects through internal and external collaboration. - Maintain deep understanding of TD pillar services and offerings to effectively coordinate service delivery - Manage and maintain demand tracking systems, including POR lists and related documentation - Process and update SIM tickets from multiple channels to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up - Lead scoping initiatives by collaborating with requestors to gather requirements and create detailed scoping documentation - Facilitate scope review sessions with TD stakeholders to ensure alignment and scope acceptance - Develop and provide cost estimates for deployment activities to support external stakeholder planning - Bridge demand and financial processes by ensuring accurate transfer of cost estimates to financial tracking systems - Calculate and analyze Gearing Ratios based on effort estimates to support workforce planning and forecasting - Support the annual Operational Planning (OP) process, with particular focus on work scope definition and documentation during OP1 and OP2 phases This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities to effectively coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders. About the team The TD Global PMO is a centralized team responsible for overseeing and standardizing project management practices across the entire organization on a global level. The team is responsible for end to end business management from global intake, staffing models to project compliance. TD PMO provides guidance, support, and best practices to internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) - Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds Preferred Qualifications - Do you have experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams?
