Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Tech Delivery Specialist is a key integrator between solutioning, delivery, and client execution for PwC’s Technology Managed Services (TMS) offerings. This role supports both pre-sales and post-award functions, enabling smooth transitions to delivery, ensuring cross-tower alignment, and driving high-quality, insight-led service execution. The specialist collaborates with delivery teams, scrum teams, technology leads, and Lines of Service (LoS) to build scalable delivery models and support performance monitoring across projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectations

RFP Solutions Support:

Prepare high-impact delivery model slides and contribute to proposal development.

Define optimal delivery strategies across ETIC, CWF, and JBR Partners.

Create team structures, resource pyramids, and staffing plans with tech leads.

Design governance structures, escalation paths, and accountability layers.

Document delivery assumptions, role responsibilities, and service boundaries.

Collaborate with Commercials, Tech, and Ops teams on effort estimates and pricing timelines.

Embed feasibility, scalability, and risk mitigation in proposals.

Support storyboarding and client-facing delivery model presentations.

Project Transition & Mobilization:

Enable post-contract award transition, including knowledge capture and team onboarding.

Monitor transition progress, identify risks, and ensure timely handover from solutioning to delivery.

End-to-End Delivery Coordination:

Coordinate project lifecycle: transition, execution, optimization, and closure.

Maintain visibility across resource availability, risks, milestones, and dependencies.

Support scrum teams with sprint tracking, backlog management, and capacity planning.

Align delivery outcomes with contractual and agile requirements.

Service Quality & Performance Monitoring:

Monitor SLAs and quality metrics, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Lead root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure delivery documentation complies with PwC standards.

Reporting & Leadership Updates:

Contribute to internal/client-facing reports on performance, risks, and achievements.

Support Monthly/Quarterly Service Reviews and leadership reporting cycles.

Maintain delivery dashboards, resource trackers, and governance logs.

Expected Skills:

Specific learned abilities or technical skills

5+ years of experience in technology delivery, PMO, managed services, or solutioning support.

Strong exposure to RFP/proposal processes and delivery model building.

Solid understanding of Agile, ITIL, DevOps, and Waterfall frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud, cybersecurity, data, digital workplace, and application delivery.

Proficiency in documenting operating models/governance structures using tools like PowerPoint, Visio, or Miro.

Hands-on experience with delivery tracking, transition management, and resourcing.

Required Language Skills:

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Fluency in technical Arabic is required, with the ability to communicate effectively on topics related to project delivery, governance, RFPs, and managed services in Arabic.

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, SAFe, or equivalent.

Experience with proposal development tools and exposure to pricing/commercial modeling is a plus.
