Role Summary
The Tech Delivery Coordinator is a critical support role within PwC’s Technology Managed Services (TMS) delivery function. This role ensures smooth coordination across delivery engagements by managing resource tracking, onboarding support, documentation accuracy, and dashboard updates. The coordinator provides the support needed for efficient project execution and service quality.
Working closely with delivery leads, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the coordinator helps maintain visibility across project teams, tracks resource activities, flags delivery risks, and supports post-award mobilization. This role is instrumental in driving consistency, organization, and agility across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Support & Resource Coordination
• Initiate and follow up on resource profile requests across internal and external delivery channels.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to identify profiles that fill capability gaps.
• Manage the lifecycle of vendor Joint Business Requests (JBRs), including initiation, refresh, and status tracking.
• Monitor resource engagement across ongoing projects and report utilization trends.
• Track and flag resources on the bench or inactive across delivery cycles.
Transition & Mobilization Support
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilization activities following contract award.
• Support delivery readiness and flag issues or delays during the transition period.
• Collect and share delivery feedback to help improve KPIs and onboarding
processes.
Reporting & Dashboards
• Maintain and update delivery dashboards, trackers, and project documentation.
• Support preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Service Reviews by consolidating delivery metrics, risks, and resource data.
• Assist leadership and delivery managers with ad hoc reporting needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Experience
• Exposure to consulting or managed services environments, especially during
service transition or project ramp-up phases.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments and tracking project-level
resource activities.
Delivery & Operational Knowledge
• Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Comfortable using delivery tools, trackers, and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of vendor management and resource onboarding processes.
Soft Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent coordination and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and under tight timelines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to interface across delivery, operational, and commercial teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Agile, or PMP (or in progress) are a plus.
• Experience in content governance, delivery tooling, or knowledge management is an added advantage.
Minimum years experience required
3–5 years in delivery coordination, PMO, project support, or service enablement roles.Additional application instructions
