Job Description We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with an application management background to support the ongoing compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle management of critical vendor supported applications. This role sits on the technical side of the organization; while responsibilities align heavily with traditional BA functions, the role also requires hands on technical work—including writing SQL queries from scratch—and close coordination with application support teams, vendors, and internal technology partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating complex processes, documentation requirements, and cross functional coordination. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte, NC.
