Teamleider Site Services Team
For our Site Services team, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader. In this role, you will lead a team of site supervisors and commissioning engineers. This team is responsible for installation and commissioning activities of power distribution solutions for our international clients. The department is part of the Siemens Global Centre of Competence for Data Center Projects, based in The Hague.

Our projects are defined by their size, high speed, international locations, and constant time pressure. In short: dynamic projects with leading clients.

Your roleAs Team Leader Site Services Team, you are a true entrepreneur. Together with a co-team leader, you manage the team as if it were your own business. Your team consists of people from various nationalities and backgrounds, working across Europe at project locations. The working languages are both Dutch and English. One important part of your role is the communication with project managers, (sub) contractors and management.

Key responsibilities:Planning and forecasting capacity and resources.Inspiring, coaching, and guiding your team members remotely (they primarily work on-site across Europe).Maintaining close contact with project managers, (sub)contractors, and internal stakeholders such as management, sales, and HSE.Creating a safe and efficient working environment.Ensuring compliance with guidelines, processes, procedures, and legal regulations.Optimising processes together with the management team and organising training for team development.Implementing guidelines and functional policies to meet customer needs.Actively recruiting new team members in collaboration with the recruitment department.Visiting construction sites across Europe.
What we are looking for:Experience as a people-oriented leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop others – even remotely.Experience in change management and working in dynamic, international project environments.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to connect through multiple channels and drive positive change.Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) and living in the Netherlands.Knowledge of the data center market is an advantage.What we offer:A challenging position in an international environment, combining office work with project site visits.A salary in line with your background and experience.Strong focus on training and personal development.A Benefits Budget of 22.63%.An inclusive work environment where diversity is valued and embraced.Please visit our Terms and Conditions website for all our Terms of Employment.
