What we offerA full-time position (40 hours per week). You have the option to work in day shifts or in two shifts. Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothlyCoach team members on their performance and personal developmentCreate a safe, welcoming and supportive working environmentConduct performance, absence and development conversationsKeep workforce planning and time registration up to datePreparing and conducting Performance Dialogues
This is youYou’re a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.
At least 2 years experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)Strong analytical skills – confident with systems and reportsExcellent communication skills in English, do you speak Dutch, it’s a plus! At least you are willing to learn Dutch!Reliable – your team knows they can count on youYou are flexible and comfortable leading teams across multiple operational areas such as inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and VAS, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and team dynamics.
