Your Position in the OrganizationOur campus location in Beringe has a lot of customers all focused on customers in the Technology sector. As a Teamleader, you will work for a multiclient site. You will lead a team around 15 people in the verification department and report to the Shift Manager.
Your New Job as Logistics Teamleader You focus on communication with your team. You regularly coordinate with your fellow Team Leaders about developments. You also meet customer expectations and gain insight into which processes are running smoothly and where the bottlenecks are.In addition, your tasks include:Safety is a top priority at DHL. You help ensure that your team works safely and can return home safely;Coaching your team, not only on daily performance but also on their ambitions and personal development;Looking ahead and ensuring that all competencies are present in your team, without losing sight of the training budget;Conducting absenteeism and reintegration meetings. You are supported by your shift manager and the absenteeism coordinator;Celebrating successes with your team when you exceed customer expectations.
Employment ConditionsA full-time position (40 hours);Salary in our collective labor agreement scale 8, between € 3.039,- and € 3.600,- depending on your knowledge and experience with grow potential till € 4.490,85;Working in dagshift from 7:00 till 16:00. When it’s peakseason they might ask you to work in two shifts and sometimes the weekend as well;25 vacation days (with a full-time employment);The possibility to buy 8 extra vacation days per year;8% vacation pay;Travel expense reimbursement;Secondary employment conditions such as CAO à la Carte: A personal budget that you can use for, for example, 6 vacation days, a monthly gross payment, study cost scheme, or vitality budget;A workplace at the largest and worldwide number 1 Logistics Service Provider and Employer of the Year, offering ample opportunities for further development and career growth.
What DHL Supply Chain is Looking for in Our New TeamleaderApproximately 2 years of work experience as a Teamleader or similar role;Excellent communicative skills in English. Dutch is a plus. Besides that you’re a natural communicator;You are able to set priorities, switch quickly, and manage your time effectively;Having contact with customers is not new to you;Experience at a multi client site is a big plus;Natural leader who is ready to support the team.
