This is youYou’re a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.Experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)Strong analytical skills – confident with systems and reportsExcellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plusReliable – your team knows they can count on you
