Lead and develop our new Conveyor Belt Test Competence CenterPlan, coordinate, document, and analyze product tests for conveyor beltsManage the full lifecycle of test assignments — from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and evaluationInterpret test results and prepare clear, high‑quality test reportsDrive the development of new test benches, procedures, and standardsServe as the primary technical contact for internal and external partners, including engineers and product developersCollaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Operations, and other key departmentsBuild, mentor, and coordinate a team of skilled testing techniciansProvide technical guidance and support to your team and stakeholdersContribute to ongoing development activities and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsA university degree in production or engineering management, industrial engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturingExperience with rubber and plastic production processes is a strong advantageProven experience in team building and leadership is preferredComfortable working in international, cross‑functional environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across interfacesProficiency in at least two languages — Hungarian, English or German is requiredAdditional Information
