In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our PLM software through the design and execution of robust testing procedures. You will become part of a high-performing global team of dedicated IT consultants who are leaders in Teamcenter PLM and play a key role in Danfoss’ digital transformation journey. **Job Responsibilities** As a **Teamcenter Test Consultant** , your key responsibilities will include: 1. **Designing and executing test cases** and test plans for PLM software validation. 2. **Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects** to ensure timely resolution by development teams. 3. **Collaborating with cross-functional teams** to ensure software meets functional and business requirements. 4. **Developing and refining testing strategies** , methodologies, and best practices. 5. **Providing technical support** and guidance to stakeholders during testing phases. 6. **Participating in regression, integration, and system testing** activities. 7. **Maintaining test documentation** and ensuring traceability of requirements. 8. **Contributing to automation efforts** where applicable to improve test efficiency. 9. **Staying updated on emerging trends** and tools in PLM and software testing. 10. **Ensuring compliance** with internal quality standards and industry best practices. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate should bring the following qualifications and competencies: 1. **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. **3+ years of experience** in PLM software testing, preferably with Teamcenter. 3. **Hands-on experience** with Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC). 4. **Good to have knowledge** of CAD integration tools like NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, and Creo. 5. **Strong analytical and problem-solving** capabilities. 6. **Familiarity with software testing methodologies** and tools (manual and/or automated). 7. **Excellent communication skills** for effective collaboration and reporting. 8. **Team-oriented mindset** with the ability to work in a global environment. 9. **Self-motivated and proactive** with a strong sense of ownership. 10. **Adaptability to new tools and technologies** in the PLM testing domain. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
