What you'll do:Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance. Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalentMust be 18+ years old with reliable transportationFlexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needsSupervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plusAbility to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships
The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $25.65 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
