Who We Are
Our strategy? To be anything but typical strategy consultants! Our unconventional nature is embedded deep in our DNA. 60 years ago, BCG shook up the world of strategy consulting. Now, it has grown to become one of the world leaders in the field. How do we manage to stay ahead of the pack? The answer is simple: by reinventing ourselves every day and providing a home with diverse career opportunities to the best talent and most creative minds all over the world. And by giving you the chance to make an impact in business and society. BCG stands for authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. Our most vital resource is our people. That’s why Human Resources is one of our most important teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which every employee can become their best.
What You'll Do
Teaming is a global BCG priority initiative to make BCG the first choice for clients and talent by continuously evolving how teams collaborate, deliver results, and improve ways of working. A core element of this ambition is embedding GenAI into everyday teaming and collaboration in a way that creates impact at scale while enabling our people to thrive and develop professionally.
As a dynamic and solution-oriented Team Performance Coach, you will be an integral part of BCG’s Teaming team in Central Europe (CE), supporting consulting teams in their day-to-day work on client projects. Your key responsibility will be to support a portfolio of selected teams through coaching, expertise, and best-practice sharing across project setup, execution, and continuous improvement of ways of working, including their digital and GenAI enablement.
This support includes setting up and moderating initial project team meetings, coaching individual team members and leaders, facilitating trainings, supporting teams in defining clear roles and responsibilities, and activating collaboration tools to maximize efficiency and transparency. In the context of GenAI, your role is not to coach on tools in depth but to enable teams by connecting them with the right experts, communities, and resources. You will help ensure that teams have access to the latest GenAI tools, developments, and proven use cases, and that knowledge is shared effectively across teams and the region. You will support teams in adopting modern, responsible, and human-centered collaboration models that thoughtfully integrate GenAI into how work gets done.
In addition, you will contribute to the continuous evolution of the Teaming concept in Central Europe by sharing lessons learned, developing content, and facilitating internal training sessions. This includes staying current on teaming coaching practices, enabling team-wide learning, and identifying opportunities to scale effective GenAI-enabled ways of working across teams. As a professional coach, you will act as an ambassador of a strong teaming culture and sustainable, future-ready collaboration within the organization.
