The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Team Members Housing and Programs Manager to join our team at our properties in West Yellowstone, Montana. In this fast-paced and exciting environment, no two days will be the same. As a Team Members Housing and Programs Manager, you will be providing operational support to leaders and team members, successfully overseeing team members housing, recreation, training, and transportation programs.

PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum 5 years' experience in HR, operations, or management, preferably in a seasonal environment, including high volume non-exempt workers, with a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experienceNo college degree requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong financial expertise, analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including advanced proficiency in ExcelCapacity for occasional travel, generally within the state, including driving in winter conditionsMust possess a valid driver's license
