What awaits you:

Operate molders, grinders, trim presses, testers and other manufacturing machinery and equipmentPerform hand operations such as trimming, assembly, soldering and packing Set up and modify assembly and/or test equipment layouts as requiredMaintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...)Report quality defectsInspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packingPackaging of products in accordance with instructionsAs part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times

Perform other job duties as assigned

Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis (Min 8 hours)Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motionStanding for majority of shift (Min 8 hours)Significant amount of walking, bending and turningAbility to operate small equipment or lifting equipmentMoving fuel tanks on conveyors and workstations for minimum 8 hoursDexterity (frequent use of 1 or 2 hands for tasks involving fingering, gripping, and manipulation)Ability to wear PPEs per the demands of the work

What you'll need to succeed:

High School Diploma or GED requiredMust be willing and physically able to perform all functions as requiredWorks well in a team environmentCustomer service orientedPrevious manufacturing experience preferredExperience with automotive supplier, OEM, or plastics industry is a plus
