· Survey Design and Administration: Create strategic surveys from scratch and develop bespoke measures to analyze organizational performance, integrating survey logic and measurement design expertise.
· Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex statistical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences at all levels through storytelling and easy to read reports.
· Advisory Role: Offer insights and pushback when necessary, advising on strategic decisions with fact based statistical considerations contributing to organizational culture, psychology and behavior initiatives.
