What you will do -

Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors​ (includes but is not limited to cycle counting all consignment and branch inventories; researching shipping discrepancies)Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items, shipment confirmation, and hospital placement.Store items in an orderly and accessible manner​​​ (includes but is not limiting to staging, QA, QA expired, and inventory offices )Request updated customer consignment agreement forms annually and as consignment inventory is adjusted with hospital staff and/or sales representativeWork with branch management and sales to optimize inventory levels and utilizationImplement and support Quality initiatives throughout the branch.​ (includes but not limited to holding material review board meetings; managing product actions; managing non-conformance product )Implement and educate branch staff on Stryker procedures and branch-wide best practices to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system​ (includes but not limited to the OPEN lot code process; the identification; removal, and destruction of expired product; counting inventory; transferring inventory) Carry out inventory projects and keep management informed of progress from start to finish.​ (includes but not limited to managing hospital owned product exchanges, consignment increases, managing trauma inventory agreement process, managing ​IOC process)

What you need -

Required -

3+ year of experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s license with good driving record.Must be able to work flexibles to fit business needsMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Excel and Microsoft Suite

Preferred -

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes - highly preferredDemonstrated computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word)ERP/SAP/Oracle

Travel Percentage: 40%
