Team Member, Inventory

**What you will do -**
+ Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors ( _includes but is not limited to cycle counting all consignment and branch inventories; researching shipping discrepancies)_
+ Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items, shipment confirmation, and hospital placement.
+ Store items in an orderly and accessible manner ( _includes but is not limiting to staging, QA, QA expired, and inventory_ _offices )_
+ Request updated customer consignment agreement forms annually and as consignment inventory is adjusted with hospital staff and/or sales representative
+ Work with branch management and sales to optimize inventory levels and utilization
+ Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout the branch. (i _ncludes but not limited to holding material review board meetings; managing product actions; managing non-conformance product )_
+ Implement and educate branch staff on Stryker procedures and branch-wide best practices to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system ( _includes but not limited to the OPEN lot code process; the identification; removal, and destruction of expired product; counting inventory; transferring inventory)_
+ Carry out inventory projects and keep management informed of progress from start to finish. ( _includes but not limited to managing hospital owned product exchanges, consignment increases, managing trauma inventory agreement process, managing IOC process)_
**What you need -**
**Required -**
+ 3+ year of experience
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
+ Must be able to work flexibles to fit business needs
+ Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
+ Excel and Microsoft Suite
**Preferred -**
+ Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
+ Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes - highly preferred
+ Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word)
+ ERP/SAP/Oracle
