How will you make an impact?

As a Team Manager Media you will be part of a dynamic and dedicated maintenance department. Our team of 21 skilled professionals is responsible for ensuring that our Uppsala site has everything it needs in order to function accurately and run smoothly - i.e. the supply of acetone, process water, nitrogen gas, and compressed air. We also look after the operation of our treatment plant and zeolite facility.

Via this role we hope to streamline our maintenance activities, lead improvement work, and increase process safety.

What will you do?

You will lead, distribute, and support the operations of our production media plants. This role is both operational and administrative, and it will be crucial in driving efficiency, improving processes and ensuring the team reaches its full potential.

In this role you will give your input in ensuring that we operate in an environmentally sustainable way. Prior experience working with for example hazardous substances, water treatment systems and process safety is considered as an advantage.

You will manage a team of 2-3 people, so ideally you have already gained some leadership experience and aspire to be approachable, accountable, and optimistic as a people manager. We value a mentoring and communicative leadership style.

How will you get there?At least 3 years of detailed experience in a senior position (process engineer, production engineer, team leader or other feasible experience)Good knowledge in water production process, biological chemistry and process safetySkilled in budgeting, management and follow-up on projectsA good foundation in engineering principles, analytical skills, problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP PM, API PRO)Good communication skills in Swedish and English
