The Global Payroll Business Excellence and Transformation Project Manager Office Team Manager provides leadership in Project, Program and Portfolio Management for strategic global initiatives for Global Payroll, including Payroll & GWFM, throughout the project management life cycle.
As the PMO Team Manager, you are a Change Maker, with accountability for the Global Payroll’s global and strategic project portfolio and the leader to a great, globally based team, consistent of Project, Program and Portfolio Managers, delivering world class service to our internal and external clients.
Number of direct reports: Minimum 6
Responsibilities:
i. Assign resources to projects in accordance with requirements of those projects for certain skills and capabilities, as well as the development requirements of the team and constantly monitor their performance.
ii. Backlog Management and annual Fiscal Year planning for Initiatives & Resources needed Manage delivery of high quality and timely programs/projects Delivery of projects on time and within budget Secure efficient and successful project completions by assigning the right resources. Support Program Managers acting as escalation point for Project Managers to solve issues, that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of the Projects. Ensure definition of processes & methodology Deploy and apply best processes/practices for Project Management team. Lead the definition and optimization of processes. Alignment of PMO methodologies & reporting Foster Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Encourage and develop collaboration across all areas to ensure the right expertise are involved in the projects Ensure alignment with all regional teams, Implementation, GIC & Project Services Champion Change Inspire a shared vision for the future, use empathy and agility when facing challenges Continuously look for opportunities to improve and drive change
Qualifications:
Experience/Skills:
• 3+ years related project management experience within the software solution delivery, asset management, HR or financial services industry.
• Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals.
• Ability to assess and push organizational changes on Clients and ADP side.
• Ability to assess customer and business enquiries.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt with a continuously changing environment.
• Ability to act as liaison with various internal and external contacts.
• Committed to World Class Service
• Multinational experience in project management advantageous
• Proven functional knowledge in HCM and IT environment.
• Financial skills to manage project's operating and capital budgets preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK®, CMMI®, Prince2®, ITIL®, SDLC, RUP®, …) preferred
• Able to quickly respond to shifting priorities.
• Good communications skill in users facing context. Good relationship management. Seamless
• Excellent communication skills in at least English language. Additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact with all seniority levels.

Education:
• College or University degree or experience level
• Project Management certification desirable
