Job Responsibilities 1. Enable team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
2. Communicate any product and process changes to the team leaders
3. Monitor performance target trends and provide coaching to the
advisors
4. Ensure all relevant business communications are cascaded to the team
5. Analyze performance trends at a site level in order to perform root
cause analysis
6. Determine trends, challenges and improvement opportunities
7. Ascertain continuous improvement by investigating and addressing root
causes
8. Provide feedback to operational management on performance trends
9. Set the expectations of the in terms of quality and service
performance
Graduation degree in any discipline
Experience Requirement4 - 7 years
