Helps determine organization, unit and site goals. + Directs workgroups daily activities, resolves problems, answers questions assigns and prioritizes work. + Performs staffing and resource planning by scheduling resources and monitoring processes on a day by day basis, redeploying resources as needed. + Develops employees through coaching and counseling, directing assignments, planning and directing training activities. Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience in management and/or production. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 3 years in management and/or production. Strong written and oral communication skills.
