Production Team Leads will lead other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production. There are performance based bonuses and salary increases each year!

Responsibilities:

Ensure production employees work at the highest efficiencyIdentify and correct unsafe behaviorsInform production manager of near miss incidentsTrain, motivate, support and guide employeesComplete daily reviews of production schedules and plansProvide employee performance feedback to managementProvide improvement ideasDrive and enforce initiatives to ensure a safe and clean settingPost daily production order confirmationsEnsure employees have the tools to be successfulAssist lead annual inventory counting eventEnsure pick lists are put in properly in a timely mannerEnsure machines are running properlyEnsure machines are being cleaned weekly

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months
