**What You’ll Do:**
+ Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of Trade Support Specialists and graduates, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
+ Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and tailored development to support individual and team growth.
+ Engage regularly in the field to support team members, ensure customer excellence, and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Design and deliver structured learning pathways for graduates, supporting their progression and building a strong talent pipeline.
+ Ensure all team activities align with commercial goals, provide accurate reporting, and champion new ways of working in line with Stanley Black & Decker values.
