At Hyatt, every role matters, and every colleague has the opportunity to grow. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and support Security colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards. + Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel property. + Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access-control systems, and alarms. + Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns. + Prepare accurate incident reports, security logs, and required documentation. + Coach and motivate team members while fostering teamwork, respect, vigilance, and care. **Qualifications:** **Qualifications** + Minimum 2–3 years of Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. + Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred. + Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills. + Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures. + Ability to remain calm and professional and handle sensitive situations with discretion. + Good English communication skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. **Primary Location:** AE-AZ-Abu Dhabi **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel %26 Residences **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** ABU003197 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
