The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney, as well as la carte dinner menu spotlighting modern and native Australian ingredient You will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, while supporting Sailmaker Manager with providing a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the outlet, and hotel standards, driving sales and maximising profit. **Our ideal candidate will possess:** + Experience working in a 5-star or premium food & beverage environment + Experience with leading and delegating a large and diverse team + Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and hospitality best practices + The ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment Hands on leadership style, with ability to support and motivate team + Efficient problem-solving, organisational and interpersonal skills + Full Australian Working Rights and ability to work a 7-day rotating roster + A current and valid RSA Be part of the hospitality evolution.
