As a key member of our team, you'll oversee operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experiences. You'll manage a team of In Room Dinning waiters, handling orders efficiently, coordinating deliveries, and striving for guest satisfaction.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry, ideally in in-room dining or a similar food and beverage department.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer applications for order processing and inventory management.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table settings, presentation techniques, and menu offerings.Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.Dedication to providing personalized guest experiences, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the department.
