As a Team Leader, you will supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will lead and motivate the service team to uphold Park Hyatt’s high standards, while also providing personalized guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. + Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. + Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
