Team Leader – Reservations We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Team Leader – Reservations to support the effective management of the Reservations Department within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will assist in maximizing room revenue through inventory control and yield management, ensure accurate and efficient reservation handling, and deliver exceptional guest service in line with brand standards while working closely with Sales & Marketing and Rooms Division teams. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Reservations or Front Office operations, with supervisory or team leader experience in a hotel or resort environment. + Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field. + Strong knowledge of reservations systems, inventory control, room yield, and revenue management principles. + Experience working with PMS/CRS systems (Opera experience preferred). + Excellent communication, coordination, and guest service skills. + Ability to analyze booking trends, forecasts, and support revenue optimization initiatives. + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. + Proactive team player capable of coordinating with Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. + Flexible, well-groomed, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. **Primary Location:** MV-North Huvadhoo Atoll-Hadahaa **Organization:** Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** HAD000416 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
