The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
