The Rebates Team Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the Rebates Team and owns the respective Rebates maintenance process.
Within the scope of the Leader’s supervision is adherence to the company’s policies and standards, compliance with controls, and delivery of service in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
The Rebates Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that high-quality outputs are delivered to all customers and deadlines are met, which involves workload distribution, monitoring of task completion, reporting, and active support for team members.
Other responsibilities include issue and conflict resolution, care for team members’ development, being a point of contact for issue escalations.
