**Description:**
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests. As a Guest Relations Team Leader you will ensure a seamless arrival, stay and departure experience for guests by delivering courteous, professional, efficient and personalized service. You will lead by example, assist in handling guest requests and concerns, coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and support the Front Office team in maximizing guest satisfaction while maintaining Hyatt’s service standards.
**Qualifications:**
Please make sure to inform your department and HR before you apply. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
