Team Leader - Grand Club (Executive Lounge)

We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader – Grand Club whowill provide fast, friendly and efficient service to the guests throughout all stages of their stay.

In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's executive floor, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the executive floor lounge. You will also be working at the Grand Club Lounge, which is the executive lounge of the hotel, offering great food and beverage in a relaxed and exclusive setting.

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalentPossess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skillsRefined verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in another language is an advantage.Working knowledge of OPERA systemWell- versed in Food and Beverage operationsBusiness- level proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is required.
