Position Description

Responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities within the area assigned to achieve established objectives.  Coordinate work assignments and facilitate safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training accomplishment of assigned team.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

Team Lead I

1. Able to work the line in multiple stations

2. Think critically, Problem Solve issues on the line, Escalate the issue as needed

3. Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, Std work and NCMS

4. Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS and leadership skills

5. Ensure pull system and business standards (including but not limited to: TAKT sheet expectations, escalation processes) are being followed

6. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum 1-year experience

2. Data Stream, NCMS, BBS

3. Crane Certified

Team Lead II

1.Able to work the line in multiple stations

2. Think critically, Problem Solve issues on the line, Escalate the issue as needed

3. Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5s, TPM, and running GEMBA/LGS 4. Write or re-write std work, std wk audits and continuous improvement, drive safety culture

5. Train with WGM to be able to cover when not present

6. Work on the lines schedule, OT and personnel training/schedule

7. Ensure TAKT expectations, jump in and get line back to TAKT, escalation processes are being followed, documenting misses

8. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders

9. Responsible for safety in zone, drive safety culture

10. Responsible for quality in zone

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum 2-year experience

2. Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, MDI board

3. Some knowledge of Excel and Word

4. TLDP Graduate or Weld Certification

Team Lead III

1. Think critically, Problem Solve, Escalate the issues, train others, document misses on paramo use 5 why reduce future occurrence

2. Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5s, TPM, and running GEMBA/LGS 3. Write or re-write std work, std wk audits and continuous improvement

4. Able to cover when WGM not present

5. Work on the lines schedule, OT and personnel training/schedule, Continuous Improvements for the line YOY of 10%

6. Ensure TAKT expectations, jump in and get line back to TAKT, escalation processes are being followed

7. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders

8. Conduct Safety Audits throughout line, drive safety culture

9. Quality-able to drive line to meet quality metric using (BOS tools)

10. Work with WGM to achieve Plant KPI

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum 2-year experience in addition to TLDP Graduate

2. Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, MDI board

3. Some knowledge of Excel and Word

4. Weld Certification

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$27.07 - $31.63
