The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.As a Team Leader (f/m/d) for e-commerce sector, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of customer service advisors of a global online marketplace. Your responsibilities will include encouraging, supporting, and coaching your team in relation to their performance indicators. You will also be responsible for preparing and conducting one-on-one conversations and team meetings, as well as the operational management of your team, so that we can achieve the KPIs agreed with the client.
You will perform these tasks on site at our location in Pécs. This means you will meet the best colleagues in the world every day!

As a Team Leader (f/m/d), your tasks will include:
Technical and disciplinary management of a team of customer advisorsSupporting and motivating your team in line with our service and company goalsPromoting, supporting, and coaching employees in relation to their performance indicatorsPreparing and conducting one-on-one meetings, team meetings and meetings with the clientOperational management of the team to ensure the KPIs agreed with the client are metManaging customer interactions and issue resolution through verbal and written communication channelsConveying corporate values as part of the role model function of a team leaderYour successful profile includes:
Experience in customer service or a relevant field required, ideally with initial management experience in your current positionStrong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian (native), as well as good written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)Economic understanding of numbers, target achievement, and highly motivated personality with the ability to develop and coach team membersFocused processing and completion of tasks under time pressureWillingness to work in a rotating shift system (Monday-Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.) from our office in PécsGreat enthusiasm for online shopping & e-commerce and the enjoyment of dealing with everything from fashion to home accessoriesAbility to lead a team in a dynamic work environment, with strong prioritization skills and an open, collaborative mindset for working in intercultural settings with international clients and colleagues.Your benefits:
