The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. **Overview:** The Expenditure Management team sits at the heart of our organization's financial operations, ensuring every dollar spent is accurate, accountable, and aligned with our strategic goals. We oversee the full lifecycle of company expenditures - from vendor onboarding and invoice processing to compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Our work directly supports operational efficiency, strengthens financial integrity, and empowers teams across the business to make informed, responsible spending decisions. The Accounts Payable Team Leader role is an opportunity to guide a high‑performing team, elevate our service delivery, and champion innovation. If you're passionate about leadership, energized by process optimization, and motivated by the impact that strong financial operations can have on an organization, then this is the role for you. **What You Will Do:** + Support and lead a team of Accounts Payable associates promoting high quality performance and associate development. + Ensure team responsibilities/objectives are completed timely and accurately. + Participate and/or lead in department and division projects. + Develop and maintain effective communications and relationships within Finance and across the firm. + Prioritize, delegate, and understand controls and workflow. + Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. + Responsible for the development and maintenance of department policies and procedures. + Conduct performance meetings and coach associates to ensure continuous improvement. + Identify, propose solutions and implement efficiency improvements. Prior enterprise financial or HR systems change experience a strong plus. **Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
