Take over the leadership of our IT team and be the contact person for IT solutions in all areas around the product lifecycle. Exciting new topics such as 3D product development make it necessary to set up the team in a targeted manner and to develop it accordingly. Through the strategic planning and implementation of projects, you will actively shape future processes together with your team and the specialist department. You will make an important contribution to the continuous further development and innovative orientation of our \"Digital Product Creation\" system landscape.

 

What you can expect:

\n\tTechnical and disciplinary leadership of the team and management of external service providers  \n\tFurther development and promotion of the team with regard to a trustful cooperation\n\tContinuous and sustainable know-how development as well as active promotion of the innovation culture  \n\tMentor and coach for projects in the PLM and 3D development environment\n\tStrong partner for a new strategic orientation of the PLM product \n\tReview and modernization of the product architecture \n\tHolistic digital mapping of PLM processes, especially integration of 2D/3D product development\n\tJoint coordination, management and implementation of global initiatives and ensuring transparent communication to stakeholders\n

 

Your profile:

\nExperience in leading and developing teams \nMotivation to change things and constantly develop, moderation and communication skills  \nAt least 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment with a focus on product development \nKnowledge of PLM products especially in the textile industry is an advantage\nGood technical understanding as well as the ability to analyze and understand complex issues \nGood German and English language skills as well as work experience in an international environment  \nPersonal competencies in the area of leadership such as motivational skills, empathy, proactive thinking and acting as well as the ability to innovate complete your profile \n\n
