We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Klarna's customer service. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of approximately 15 individuals, and you will be responsible for the team's performance in achieving our set goals.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of KPIs and metrics in operational activities
• Proficiency with computers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred qualifications:
• Previous work experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Training in leadership or team building
