Job Description

The role involves reporting, analysis, accounting, data validation and liaising with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

Finance analyst position responsibilities will include any of the following:

Responsible for various day to day accounting processes, financial analysis, financial and management reportingAccountable for application of financial principles, ability to read and comprehend financial reports and conduct & conclude analysisResponsible for data dictionaries/conformance to instructions and /or preparation of various regulatory reports, documentation, interpretation and communication of regulatory reporting requirementsPerform Legal Entity tax forecasts; review tax journal entries, tax account analysis and annual tax expense true-up & variance explanationsPerforming reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts adhering to Account Reconciliation Policy (ARP) and Account Reconciliation Standards (ARS); investigate & report out any breaksSupporting in systems Implementation and enhancementsResponsible for executing changes to finance systems and ensuring all financial accounting & reporting systems and applications are operating smoothly from a functional perspectiveEnsuring adherence to financial data standards and quality of dataSupport risk management, controls & compliance processes including risk performance monitoring & tracking, controls validation & reviews, SOX compliance, regulatory reports testing & attestation and reconciliation reviewsProject work related to process improvement and automation of processesSupporting in project management and various team initiativesData collation and liaising with various stakeholdersStakeholder dealing, liaising with various teams

Requirements

Education: B Tech./ MBA/ PGDM / Maters in Economics / Quantitative Technique & Economics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain/ Operations/ Statistics/ Data Sciences

Location: Students should be willing to work in any locations namely – Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Gandhinagar (GIFT), Hyderabad as per company requirement

Shift : Should be willing to work in any shifts / night shifts as per company requirement
