✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nLead the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the site and the customer(s). \nImplement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviors and processes are followed as specified\nReport and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedure\nCommunicate all relevant DPDHL policies to direct line employees and monitor their implementation on a regular basis\nSupport management with resource planning and management e.g. implement agreed processes to review performance, monitor absense and sickness and address issues within clear guidelines\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious Team Leader Experience\nIT Literate, with Microsoft office packages \nStrong knowledge of warehousing guidelines \n\n
