Responsibilities\nManaged Team PD, resource allocation and resources availability\nDo performance tracking of MHE Operators\nCommunicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires.\nEnsure that the safety and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis;\nEnsure that all staff under charge are qualified, fit and able to perform their duties and have the correct PPE to carry out their tasks;\nConducts 121, coaching and counselling to his team members.\nCreate One Pager Report, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis on Safety Incidents\nCreates productivity reports and analysis.\nManaged WMS transaction and troubleshooting activities.\nEnsure that all quality related findings are properly investigated, resolved, and reported thru generation of Quality Alert Report\nEnforce proper 5S and area Standards.\nEnsure consistent visibility on-floor (Feet on floor)\nConducts WI refresher.\nOperates MHE to support operations.\nResponsible in ensuring in-process KPI’s are achieved.\nResponsible in ensuring contractual KPI’s are achieved\nRequirements\nWith at least minimum of 2 years experience on Supply Chain / Warehousing Industry\nAt least minimum of 1 year experience under DHL Supply Chain (For Internal Hiring)\nHas strong people management skills\nFlexible and adaptable to fast face environment\nCan work on less supervision\nHas good Communication and Analytical skills\nHas knowledge on WMS and MS Application\nHas experience on managing Raw materials\nHas good reporting abilities\nWilling to be training or can operate MHE units\n
