Team Leader - Package Specialist SCM.SD

Our culture emphasizes long-term professional growth and personalized development opportunities, in an environment that values your skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As the SAP SD Team Leader, your main responsibility is to lead the team in managing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions related to sales and distribution. You act as the key liaison between the business and the technical team, ensuring that user requirements are thoroughly understood and translated into effective solutions within the SAP system. You oversee the analysis of requirements gathered from various stakeholders, working closely with business managers to ensure that every process—from order management to billing—is correctly implemented while meeting timelines and quality standards. Your role also involves coordinating the configuration activities of the SD module, making sure that customizations are consistent and well-integrated with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and WM. You closely monitor the testing phases, supporting the team in preparing functional tests, executing them, and resolving any issues that arise. A critical part of your job is to ensure continuous support for end users by managing support requests, analyzing problems, and guiding the team toward the best possible solutions. Additionally, you maintain functional and technical documentation and organize training sessions for both the team and users, fostering internal skill development and promoting best practices. Finally, as Team Leader, you play a key role in planning and managing team activities, maintaining effective communication with project managers and other business units to ensure SAP SD projects are delivered on time and with high quality results. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including order to cash, pricing, billing, delivery, and credit management. * Solid understanding of integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM, and CRM. * In-depth understanding of sales, distribution, and logistics business processes, with the ability to align SAP solutions to meet business needs. * Experience coordinating SAP implementation and upgrade projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. * Ability to analyze complex business scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and design effective solutions within SAP SD. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with technical teams, business users, and senior management. * Experience in preparing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and producing clear functional and technical documentation. * Commitment to staying updated with the latest SAP SD features, industry trends, and best practices. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD migration or implementations, knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to sales and distribution, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (optional). .
