Responsibilities 職責

Under the direction of the FB Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet 在餐飲營運經理的指導下,負責準備工作、服務、收銀以及在餐廳中提升顧客滿意度Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine​​​​​​確保遵守中餐的服務標準Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively 有效處理客人的詢問和投訴Take orders and serve food and beverages 接收訂單並提供食品和飲料Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area 確保用餐區的清潔和有序Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition​​檢查餐廳的庫存以進行每日訂貨Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions enquiries提供菜單建議並回答客人的問題和查詢Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages分配座位、接收訂單並推薦菜式和飲品Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary​​​​​​執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派職責

Qualifications 資格

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 溝通和人際交往能力強Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 能在節奏快的環境中工作Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 能有效地同時處理多項任務並確定優先順序Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese 具備良好的英語和中文口語及書寫能力Able to work independently 能獨立工作Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality 性格開朗、服務導向且外向Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment​​​​​​能在壓力下工作, 適應動態和快節奏的環境
