**Description:**
**🔹 Position Summary**
The Accounts Receivable Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the AR function, ensuring timely billing, accurate recording of receivables, and prompt collection of outstanding balances. This role provides leadership, supports process improvement, ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and partners closely with Operations and Sales to maintain healthy credit management and cash flow.

**🔹 Qualifications**
**Education**
+ Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality preferred
**Experience**
+ Minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience; hotel environment experience is an advantage
+ Prior experience with Opera PMS is preferred
**Skills**
+ Solid knowledge of accounting principles (US-GAAP / JP-GAAP beneficial)
+ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); Oracle exposure is preferred
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
+ Leadership, coaching, and team development skills
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
