Team Leader, Service Projects

**What you’ll do:**
To act as a **Team Leader** for the team of **Service Engineers** focusing on most demanding delivery **Power Distribution / Power Quality** projects and to execute the delivery projects sold by Finland sales and EMEA sales team. The role is to coordinate works collaboratively with the various teams within Eaton and suppliers, to ensure that a seamless, end-to-end service is delivered from Eaton.
**General Responsibilities:**
+ Executes the delivery projects according to our system sales process
+ Schedules the site activities (such as commissioning, installations)
+ Responsible for using the project team resources in an effective and cost efficient way
+ Responsible for practical project management at site: such as project meetings, contractor meetings
+ Ensures project profitability starting from opportunity review
+ Manages our field service operations and sales to meet our growth and profitability targets and other business KPI’s by developing our service tools, processes and offering
+ Collaborates with Nordic service organization and EMEA PMO team
+ Collaborates with country sales team and EMEA sales team to assure customer satisfaction
**Supervisor Role:**
+ Acts ethically and according to Eaton Values & Philosophy following the company rules and policies (such as EBS) i.e. leading by example and ensuring that the team is following these rules
+ Ensures business strategy implementation and goal achievement in their own area of responsibility
+ Manages team performance including goal setting, evaluation and rewarding
+ Sets up measurable SMART KPI´s for the service team and monitors performance on a continual basis. Assure development plan for the team including all necessary training program and coaching
+ Ensures adequate resources and organizes work and responsibilities (including maintaining job descriptions)
+ Manages competence and performance development of the direct reports
+ Develops actively their own work, skills and competencies
+ Takes full responsibility for occupational health and safety in the team ensuring safety rules, policies and regulations are followed at all times
+ Ensures wellbeing and motivation of the team (providing continuous feedback, solving problems, managing change etc.)
+ Participates frequent project and core team meetings
+ Regularly produce reports of the service performance for the managements needs
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong electrical background, suitable education BSc, electrical engineering
**Skills:**
+ Fluent language skills in **Finnish** and English
+ Experience of executing delivery projects and field service & commissioning work
