A day in the Life:
Lead and coordinate visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.Coordinate Visual inspection processes, scheduling and organization. Work schedule optimization.Responsible for personnel training and qualification for vials and PFS inspection; RFT accountability;data trending and personnel performance analysis;CAPA identification and responsibility;Process optimization.Keys to Success:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing role or 5 years in a pharmaceutical industry.Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is helpful.Proven track record of leading successful teams.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Outstanding understanding of visual inspection of sterile products.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Ability to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 25 kg.Work in a controlled environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.Benefits:
