About the Role:
As HRSC Team Leader for the DACH Region, you will be a key member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center (HRSC) leadership team, responsible for leading a team of 9+ HR Associates dedicated to delivering high-quality HR administrative support for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle operations and ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, and employee experience.
This position requires a blend of operational leadership, process orientation, and people management. You will act as a point of escalation, regulatory advisor, and team coach—driving continuous improvement and ensuring that all activities are executed in line with internal standards and local labor laws.
What You Will Do:
Lead, coach, and support a team of HR Associates responsible for:
First-line support for HR policy and Workday inquiries
Onboarding and offboarding processes
Contractual changes and employee data management
Benefits administration and personnel file maintenance
Ensure proper team allocation, task scheduling, and capacity planning to meet business demand.
Monitor and manage team performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Provide guidance on regulatory, compliance, and labor law issues across the DACH and broader EMEA region.
Manage escalations from internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Collect and act on employee and manager feedback to continuously improve the quality of HR service delivery.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and other teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and aligned HR processes.
Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
Who You Are:
You bring proven experience in people management, ideally within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or HR Operations environment.
You are fluent in English (B2/C1 level); proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
You have strong organizational skills and thrive in dynamic settings where you can manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are customer-focused and results-driven, committed to delivering high-quality HR support and services.
You have a proactive and process-oriented mindset, with a strong interest in automation and continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have or Want to Develop:
Deeper HR expertise, especially in German labor law and regional regulations.
Skills in Process and Service Management or experience with metrics/KPIs.
Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HRIS/ticketing tools.
