**Position:** Team Leader, HR Solutions Center DACH region **Job Description:** **About the Role:** As **HRSC Team Leader for the DACH Region** , you will be a key member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center (HRSC) leadership team, responsible for leading a team of 9+ HR Associates dedicated to delivering high-quality HR administrative support for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will oversee the full **employee lifecycle** operations and ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, and employee experience. This position requires a blend of operational leadership, process orientation, and people management.
