Team Leader, Food and Beverage
**Description:** **Operational Excellence** + Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. + Maintain and consistently implement Hyatt brand standards across all service touchpoints. + Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. + Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards in compliance with hotel and statutory requirements. **Guest Experience** + Actively engage with guests to ensure a warm, personalized, and memorable dining experience. + Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution. + Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. **Team Leadership & Training** + Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards. + Conduct on-the-job training to ensure strong product knowledge, service etiquette, and grooming standards. + Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, discipline, and service excellence. **Sales & Revenue Focus** + Drive upselling initiatives and promote menu items, beverages, and special promotions. + Encourage product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques within the team. + Support service excellence initiatives aimed at increasing guest spend and repeat business. **Administration & Inventory** + Assist with inventory checks, requisitions, and stock control to minimize wastage. + Support basic administrative tasks including shift planning, attendance, and daily operational reports. **Qualifications:** **Experience & Qualifications** + Minimum **18 months of experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role** within Food & Beverage operations. + Prior experience in **luxury hotels or premium dining environments** preferred. **Skills & Competencies** + Strong communication, leadership, and guest handling skills. + Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. + Sound knowledge of food & beverage service standards and hygiene practices. **Personal Attributes** + Positive attitude with strong team spirit. + Passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence. + Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor. **Primary Location:** IN-DL-New Delhi **Organization:** Andaz Delhi **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Food and Beverage **Req ID:** NEW015283 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
