We are looking for a Team Lead – Transportation Management System to join us and help shape the future of our global logistics operations. Based in Kill, County Kildare, Ireland, Endress+Hauser Ireland plays a key role in supporting our worldwide network through innovative logistics and transportation solutions.

If so, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team within our Global Logistics Operations Center (G-LOC), driving excellence in transportation management and supporting the expansion of our global network. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across our Production and Sales Centres worldwide, ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Supervise and develop a team responsible for delivering daily transportation management tasks Manage shift systems to ensure global and local logistics requirements are met with service excellence Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives for your team Conduct performance evaluations and support team members in their professional growth Manage global projects to set up new transportation hubs and IT infrastructure within the Transport Management Platform (TMP) Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies Support the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) process within G-LOC Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational growth and improvement
What do we expect from you?
You:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 12–15 years of experience in IT/Logistics Project Management Have at least 3 years of experience in a consultancy environment Bring strong project management skills in waterfall or agile methodologies, and Lean Six Sigma Have experience leading logistics-focused projects, especially in TMP and carrier integration Are confident managing multiple projects and working autonomously Possess excellent documentation and process development skills Are fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Chinese are a plus Are a strong communicator, comfortable working across global teams and organizational boundaries Are willing to travel globally up to 20–40% if required; a driver’s license is beneficial
