Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Optimize & execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs. Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand.
Work across functions to solve planning and purchasing related issues, identify risks and opportunities and mitigate potential delays.
Lead a team of specialist according to the adidas GBS culture and strategy. Assessing the team's needs and provide support accordingly. Drive and motivate to achieve operational goals and targets and develop the team's skills through the adidas performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Support availability, risk mitigating actions via PO management. Responsible for communication relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place Process ownership; responsible for documentation, testing and enhancement of a specific business process. Support implementation of projects within area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency Management of the team including coaching, training, and performance appraisal guidance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing development plans Actively participate in the Employee Life Cycle, contributing with relevant inputs both to the management and the HR Team Prepare and support new team members functional onboarding and integration in the team and company culture Ensure good relationships with key stakeholders and the global functional Team Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the defined SLAs and ensuring that the team KPIs are maintained, achieved, and reported correctly and on a timely manner Handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues, as needed Identify and assess problems and provide potential solutions Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems and tools and perform quality check on the work output of the team Perform or ensure day-to-day and period end processing responsibilities are completed in accordance with internal standards Monitor of work requests and allocation (ticketing and e-mails)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus Proven work experience in people management / demonstrated ability to manage a medium-sized team
